Electric Pecan Cracker

This is the 2011/2012 Electric Pecan Cracker model new old Kinetic Kracker with the box look.  We've went back to the original specifications.  Just like the original Kinetic Kracker, our Electric Pecan Cracker cracks pecans at 26 RPM, that's 1,560 pecans per hour versus only 20 RPM or 1,200 pecans per hour of last year's model.

 

The ingenuity of the Electric Pecan Cracker is its ability to sense the pressure needed to precisely crack pecans.  A good bit of the time half the pecan easily clears the pecan shell while the other half of the pecan meat needs to be lightly pulled from the pecan shell.

First, we went back to the high-speed 26 RPM (1,560 pecans per hour), that is 30% faster than the 20 RPM (1,200 pecans per hour) of last year's model. The motor is also now American made with a fan to prevent overheating.  It has a proven long life and excellent durability.

Electric Pecan Cracker Raised Undercarriage We raised the undercarriage of the Kinetic Kracker to fit a deeper, 9X5X3 bread pan rather than an odd shaped shallow bowl.  We also went back to the 3/8" Baltic Birch wood that is very sturdy for decades of use.
